What Motivates You to Work Hard?

Get to know the Lead Designer. "What motivates you to work hard?"

"First, as the Lead Designer, I am responsible for various weddings and special events projects where I plan color matches, design sketches, plan installations, and create floral arrangements. I am also responsible for a floral team. I am motivated by both the responsibilities and challenges of creating floral arrangements and directing a team to achieve and surpass our goals.

Second, I am motivated by success which drives me to create florals for every wedding and event, as well as push further than I ever thought by implementing unique designs and solutions to every problem. Knowing that my hard work and perseverance will help me achieve greater professional success is what drives me.

I am also motivated by the desire to meet a deadline. Setting goals and meeting deadlines gives me a sense of accomplishment. I absolutely love creating schedules for completing tasks. Achieving each milestone motivates me to keep working and ensure that each and every event runs smoothly.

Lastly, I am driven my results, especially good client experiences. I have always wanted to ensure my clients get the best customer service. It is important, both to my team and the clients, that we provide excellent customer experiences." Dina Tacu Lead Designer at Flowers by Impressions
